OXO – Box Grater

Finely grate ginger, make coarse or medium-coarse shreds of cheese, or evenly slice zucchini with OXOs Box Grater. This 4-sided box grater has 4 different stainless steel surfaces that let you produce the exact slice or shred your recipe needs. The wide sides of the grater have coarse and medium-coarse grating options, perfect for shredding cheese for toppings, making chocolate curls, or grating potato for hashbrowns. The slimmer sides of the box grater have options for fine grating (perfect for a melt-away dusting of cheese on pasta or for zesting citrus) and slicing, which is ideal for slicing vegetables or shaving parmesan for a Caesar salad. The convenient container has measurement markings, plus a lid which makes it ideal for storing freshly grated ingredients. A good box grater is a must for any cook and this stainless steel one by OXO wont disappoint!
