Lakeland Dotted Egg Coddler

Eggs you love em. We love em. Fried, soft-boiled, hard-boiled, scrambled, poached, omeletted (is that a word?), coddled Coddled? If youre wondering just what a coddled egg is wonder no more. Put simply, its an egg thats been gently cooked in a small dish usually a ramekin in a hot water bath, until the yolk is runny and the white is cooked. A bit like poaching but without the panful of stringy bits and the watery mess all over your plate. Nobody likes stringy bits.

We think youll enjoy using the Lakeland Egg Coddler its the perfect way to cook and serve coddled eggs and we know youll love that its nice and tall so theres room to add extra ingredients to make more of a meal of it. The included instruction leaflet will give you a few tasty ideas.
