Knife Surface – Serax

When the star chef Sergio Herman collaborates with Serax, it is to achieve the perfection. With three Michelin stars to his name, this enthusiastic and talented chef has taken up the challenge of design in this project that is particularly close to his heart. And it is the surfaces of objects, pieces of glass or metal, what they reflect or what they contain, that have inspired him for this remarkable achievement in a new field of creation. The ensemble cutlery set is rich in this interest, both visually and tactilely, which is why it is so pleasant to use the various pieces. The shine of the silver metal makes it a pleasure to use these objects la extremely simple and la functional. This knife from collection Surface is the result of a successful approach and a timeless design.

With this cutlery, Sergio Herman has created a refined table service that will go well with old porcelain as well as with the contemporary creations of Anita Le Grelle, also presented in our pages. Through this collaboration with Serax, he demonstrates his belief in a design la perfection claimed, to be used, for our plus grand pleasure, every day.
