Triangle Double Ended Melon Baller, 2.2cm & 3cm

Use this double-ended melon baller to make a delicious fruit salad. The scoops are different sizes to create 22mm or 30mm balls of cantaloupe or honeydew. Push the steel scoop into the flesh and rotate to create smooth, round melon balls.

Melon balls are a delicious garnish for desserts and sorbets. You can also add them to cocktails – a melon mojito, perhaps?

Melon ballers are also known as Parisienne scoops. You can use them to make small, round potatoes known as pommes Parisienne. Theyre baked in butter until they are crisp and golden. Serve them with steak or fish as an alternative to fries or mash.

This melon baller can be used on all kinds of soft fruits and vegetables. Use it to scoop the flesh of apples, pears, avocados and cucumbers. Its also handy for removing the seeds from squash and tomatoes.

For restaurant-worthy desserts, use the double-ended melon baller to scoop ice cream or sorbet. Or, use the rounded scoop to shape chocolate truffles. Its made from stainless steel so it wont rust or stain over time.
